These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the website and related services (the "Service") provided by Logistics Tech Standard Co., Ltd. ("the Company") through the LCS brand.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea; the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters is the court of first instance for disputes.
