Port equipment operators
Port equipment operators record measured fuel and electricity use of cargo-handling equipment
LTS applies the same LTS DTG and LCS engine used in trucks to cargo-handling equipment such as transfer cranes and yard tractors. Equipment records once kept through manual meter readings and Excel become measured records per unit of equipment.
Current records
Even for equipment registered in offset projects, port operatorsrecord usage in Excel from manual meter readings and visual checks
Staff read equipment meters and copy the usage by hand.
Meter values read by eye go directly into monitoring records.
Records for each unit are gathered in Excel to build reports.
Equipment measurement
With vehicle-model CAN profiles, LTS DTG alsocollects battery signals from cargo-handling equipment
One LTS DTG measures the fuel use of diesel equipment and the electricity use of electric equipment per unit and records them in LTS Cloud.
- CAN 0.1 s
- 44 vehicle-model CAN profiles
- Records per unit
Electrification and EACs
Port equipment operators that switch yard tractorsto electric issue EACs for those reductions
EACs issuance accepts only reduction data from the most recent year. Measured data must be kept from the time of the switch so that reductions eligible for issuance are not lost.
- LTS is currently the only company issuing transport EACs in Korea
- 123Carbon — the only EACs registry in the world; LTS is its official agent
- The issuer pays actual costs such as verification and registration fees
Companies and institutions we work with
Logistics companies and public institutions have startedmeasuring transport data with LTS

Talk to us
Port equipment operators describe equipment types and transitionplans and receive the measurement scope and EACs issuance schedule
In a consultation, an LTS representative explains the scope and terms of adoption for your fleet size and partner-carrier structure.
